Bead Thermistors
We are engaged in manufacturing of bead thermistors which are widely used in industries like Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, and Building automation. These are manufactured as per ISO standards and are supplied to the customers with fully customized specifications as per their requirements. The bead thermistors are supplied as bare passivated beads as well as glass and special packaged devices.

 | SVel bare bead thermistors are widely used in gas flow sensors, infra red sensors, thermal conductivity sensors, micro sensors and microwave power measurements. Available as unmounted bare beads or as header mounted matched pairs, these have the following features:
- Passivated Bare Bead
- Ultra fast response
- Dissipation: ~ 0.1 mW/°C.
- Resistance 1K, 5K, 10K, 20K, 50K, 100K
- Tolerance +/- 30% right up to +/- 1% for specials
- Temp range up to 300°C
- Option: Header mounted matched pairs.

Slim Film Bead Thermistors |

SVel slim film bead thermistors are used for Surface & Air flow temperature sensing. The beads are packaged in a slim film for excellent fast response surface and air sensing with ruggedized construction for good handling & life . Features are as follows:
- Ultra fast response
- Resistance values from 5K to 100K.
- Tolerance 25% to 2%.
- Matched pairs available
- Available in Insulating Plastic Film and metalized surface options.

Glass Encapsulated Bead Thermistors |

| SVel Glass Encapsulated Bead Thermistors are characterised by their fast response and excellent stability. These are used for Oceanographic applications, Instrumentation, Industrial Electronics, Temperature measurements & Controls. The salient features are as follows:
- Hermetic glass seal
- Dissipation : 0.1 to 0.4 mW/°C
- Time Constant: 1 to 4 sec
- Tolerance : +/-20% up to +/- 1% for specials
- Temp range up to 300°C

Glass Envelope Bead Thermistors |

SVel Glass Enveloped Bead Thermistors have High Sensitivity to electrical power input. These are widely used for Amplitude stabilization, Oscillator circuits, Process control instrumentation and Milk testers. The salient features are as follows:
- Excellent stability
- Very fast response
- Gas filled or evacuated
- Power dissipation 60mW or 3mW type
- Resistance: 1K, 5K, 10K, 20K, 50K, 100K
- Tolerance: +/-5%, +/-10%, +/-20%
